Protex AI, a site intelligence platform for smarter, safer operations, today announced a strategic partnership with ALL4, an EHS consulting firm serving a wide range of industries.

The partnership combines Protex AI’s Site Intelligence platform with ALL4’s EHS and industry expertise. Together, the companies said they will help customers turn leading indicators into actionable insights across every site.

See what’s happening and take action

Protex AI connects to cameras and systems already on a site so safety and operations leaders can see what is happening, understand why, and optimize.

ALL4 helps customers act on those insights. Its consultants align stakeholders, embed the right processes and controls, and support the organizational change needed to reduce risk and improve performance.

“Industrial organizations have more data than ever, but data alone doesn’t change outcomes. Protex AI helps our clients see risk before it becomes an incident. ALL4 helps them act on it, turning that visibility into sustained safety and operational improvement,” said Chad Morris, Chief Growth Officer of ALL4.

The partnership comes as every industrial company is being asked to do more with less resources. Costs are rising and the relevant people needed are harder to hire.

Similarly, EHS leaders are increasingly being asked how AI fits into their safety programs. Without the right approach, a lot of this investment is at risk. Gartner recently predicted that 60% of AI projects implemented through 2026 will be abandoned because they lack AI-ready data.

The gap between AI ambition and results is widest on the industrial floor, where the context that makes AI useful rarely lives in any system. General-purpose AI can flag that something looks wrong, but it can’t tell whether it matters.

Protex AI combines video with the systems a site already runs to supply that context. ALL4 helps customers prioritize what to fix and build those changes into their safety programs and daily operations.

Target industries include F&B, forestry, waste management

Protex AI is trusted by some of the world’s largest industrial operators, from factory floors to warehouses and loading docks, to deliver measurable safety and operational improvements.

Marks & Spencer reduced incidents by 80% over three months, while Bendix recovered an estimated 226 labor hours per month by identifying and addressing an operational issue.

“Industrial sites have a major opportunity to adopt and scale AI across safety and operations. In 2027, the advantage will go to the sites that give AI the context of their operation and use it to fix problems, not just spot them. ALL4 brings deep EHS expertise across some of the most heavily-regulated industries, helping teams turn insight into lasting change. Combined with our site intelligence platform, industrial leaders have a clear path to see what’s happening on the floor, understand why, and fix it, moving from reacting to incidents to preventing them,” said Dan Hobbs, CEO of Protex AI.

The partnership will initially focus on industrial manufacturing, food and beverage manufacturing, forest products, and waste management, and will expand with client needs.

Protex AI and ALL4 to host joint webinar Dec. 9

To mark the partnership, Protex AI and ALL4 will host a joint webinar on Wednesday, Dec. 9 exploring how industrial EHS leaders can move beyond lagging indicators.

Speakers will discuss how site intelligence complements existing EHS programs, how privacy-first, edge-based AI fits into real industrial environments, and how to turn continuous insight into action. They will also cover the people, processes, and organizational change that makes improvement last.
