The Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board is required to hold at least one public meeting each quarter to review its progress in meeting its mission and highlight successes.

The Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board (CSB) recently announced four public meetings for FY 26.

Each two-hour meeting will be held through Microsoft Teams from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Eastern time.

At each meeting, the Board will review the CSB's progress in meeting its mission and as appropriate highlight safety products newly released through investigations and safety recommendations.

The meetings are free and open to the public. Close captions (CC) will be provided. At the close of each meeting, there will be an opportunity for public comment. To submit public comments for the record, please email the agency at [email protected].

Meeting dates

  • Thursday, December 11, 2025
  • Thursday, March 19, 2026
  • Thursday, June 18, 2026
  • Thursday, September 17, 2026

The agency is required to hold at least four public meetings each fiscal year, one each quarter, under 40 CFR §1600.5(c).
