SpaceGuard Products is debuting its new Centurion Primus rack repair jack and BeastWire Tunnel Door at MODEX 2026 in booth C14978.
The trade show is being hosted by MHI April 13-16 in Atlanta, Georgia.
At its booth, SpaceGuard is giving supply chain and manufacturing leaders a chance to see its products in action and talk directly with experts about their specific rack repair, guarding, and containment challenges.
This year, SpaceGuard is introducing two products designed to solve real-world challenges. Leading its presence at MODEX is the debut of its new Centurion Primus jack, a tool for pallet rack repair.
First announced in January, The Primus jack is a modular lifting tool designed to safely elevate the front leg of a pallet rack upright for fast repairs, often without unloading pallets, helping facilities dramatically reduce downtime and disruption.
With adjustable height in 2-inch increments, a stackable lift column, and proximity-based lifting from the repair zone, Centurion Primus can give maintenance and safety teams precise control at the point of repair.
By combining engineered stability with flexible configuration, SpaceGuard said it has made it possible for operations to complete rack repairs more quickly and confidently while maintaining a total focus on worker safety.
Alongside the Centurion Primus Jack, the company unveiled its BeastWire Tunnel Door, engineered for high-clearance access in busy rack aisles and tunnel zones.
Designed to provide virtually unlimited vertical clearance, the door eliminates traditional overhead obstructions, making it an ideal product for environments that rely on cranes, tall mast equipment, or oversized pallet loads.
SpaceGuard developed the BeastWire Tunnel Door with an above-floor control system that removes the need for floor cutting or trenching, helping maintain slab integrity and simplifying installation. Its precision-guided track ensures a smooth travel path, while a self-aligning locking mechanism delivers secure engagement every time the door closes.
With a compact retraction footprint that reduces lateral bracing requirements, the BeastWire Tunnel Door can provide a rugged, space-efficient option for high-traffic, high-clearance applications.
SpaceGuard is also showcasing its Centurion pallet rack repair kits. These fully-engineered, modular repair systems can be used to restore and reinforce damaged pallet rack uprights with strength and speed, giving facilities a dependable, cost-effective alternative to full rack replacement.
By minimizing downtime and extending the life of your racks, SpaceGuard said its repair kits align with the growing push toward proactive maintenance and risk reduction.
SpaceGuard will demonstrate how these kits integrate with tools like its Centurion Primus jack to create a complete engineered approach to rack repair.
Also on display is the company’s RageWire machine and robotic guarding, a wire mesh system engineered specifically for automated environments.
RageWire was designed to combine a frameless, high-tensile wire design with modular components and quick panel lift-out capability, allowing users to create strong, adaptable barriers around their most sensitive equipment.
This design helps protect personnel and equipment while maintaining clear visibility to processes and supporting efficient maintenance access, a critical factor in modern, highly automated facilities. SpaceGuard said RageWire guarding is robust and flexible enough to keep pace with evolving layouts and technologies.
Rounding out its exhibit, mesh rack safety systems can provide a durable, versatile wire mesh panel that mounts directly to pallet racks to keep stored items contained and secure.
With universal installation and advanced bracket designs, such as the patented Grrripper Bracket, SpaceGuard said BeastWire can offer robust welded mesh panels that deliver comprehensive rack enclosure and long-term performance.
SpaceGuard said it built these systems for the most demanding warehouse environments to help reduce product loss, enhance worker safety, and better control high-density storage areas.
At MODEX 2026, attendees can see how the company’s rack safety systems integrate with its broader portfolio to create a cohesive, facility-wide safety strategy.
