The Centurion Primus Jack from SpaceGuard Products lifts at the repair zone for improved alignment, control, and safety without unloading pallets in most situations.

The Centurion Primus Jack from SpaceGuard Products is a modular lifting tool designed to safely elevate the front leg of a pallet rack upright for fast, efficient repair kit installation, all without unloading pallets in most situations.

Built for installer ease and jobsite conditions, Primus combines strength, adjustability, and control in a mobile, zinc-plated assembly.

Primus lifts from the repair zone, not the ground, for greater stability and precision where it matters most.

Compatible with broad range of rack designs

Built for real-world jobsite conditions, Primus features flexible height adjustment, easy mobility, and broad compatibility with all rack types - from teardrop to structural styles in both 3 and 4 inch widths.

  • Bolt-On Adapter Plates - Bolt to the jack head and align with teardrop holes for tool-free use, or remove for direct bolting or side-pin attachment to other upright styles.
  • Proximity-Based Lift Point - Places the hydraulic jack near the repair zone - not at ground level - for improved alignment, control, and safety.
  • Adjustable Jack Head - Slides and locks in 2-inch increments, starting as low as 24 inches, to reduce lifting strain and eliminate top-heavy setups.
  • Stackable Lift Column - Three-piece lightweight column sections stack securely to reach the desired height for any Centurion repair kit installation.
  • Notched Base Design - Allows the lift head to sit closer to the upright for increased lift stability.
  • Built-In Mobility - Durable wheels and a forklift-ready crate make it easy to move and transport.
  • Zinc-Plated Finish - Corrosion-resistant and scratch-proof for long-lasting performance in harsh environments.
  • No Need to Unload Racks - Lift the front leg of the rack upright while products stay in place.
  • Available for Purchase or Rental - Flexible options for short-term jobs or permanent additions to your repair kit.

Engineered to maximize safety and minimize downtime, the Centurion Primus jack can help repair crews complete installations quickly, cleanly, and without interruption. Whether you’re performing a quick fix or a full-column replacement, it’s the first step in every safe repair.
