PIP Global Safety recently announced achieving three milestones on its sustainability governance journey: earning its first EcoVadis Bronze Medal, starting membership in the United Nations (UN) Global Compact, and publishing its first Sustainability Report.

EcoVadis recognizes sustainable procurement

In June 2026, PIP Global Safety received an EcoVadis score of 69 out of 100, earning the company its first Bronze Medal and placing it among the top 35% of assessed companies.

The assessment evaluates performance across Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. Particularly, PIP Global Safety ranked in the top 14% of companies assessed by EcoVadis in its industry category, including the top 4% for the Sustainable Procurement area.

“Earning our first EcoVadis Bronze Medal is a meaningful milestone for PIP Global Safety and reflects the progress we’ve made across our sustainability efforts,” said Bridget N. Milot, Chief Compliance and Integration Officer. “We’re proud of how far we’ve come, while recognizing there is still more work ahead.”

UN initiative holds businesses accountable

In May 2026, PIP Global Safety also joined the United Nations Global Compact initiative - a voluntary initiative for the development, implementation and disclosure of responsible business practices.

With this announcement, PIP Global Safety said it is proud to join thousands of other companies globally committed to taking responsible business action to create the world we all want.

“Becoming a signatory of the UN Global Compact reinforces our commitment to responsible business practices,” said Curt Holtz, CEO of PIP Global Safety. “Its Ten Principles provide an important framework for our work, and we look forward to reporting our progress through our first Communication on Progress (CoP) next year.”

2027 sustainability report will improve data

These milestones build on the publication of PIP Global Safety’s first Sustainability Report in April, which provides information on the company’s sustainability approach, activities, and performance.

The next report, planned for spring 2027, will focus on further consolidating and improving sustainability data.

Together, PIP Global Safety said the EcoVadis recognition, UN Global Compact membership, and the Sustainability Report provide additional frameworks, transparency, and benchmarks to support its ongoing sustainability efforts and identify opportunities for continued improvement. These efforts support PIP Global Safety’s broader mission to protect workers while operating globally across its entire business.
