ProMat 2025: Yale Lift Truck Technologies to showcase warehouse lift truck technologies

Yale will feature lift trucks, Reliant operator assist

Yale Lift Truck Technologies will bring an interactive booth experience featuring the company’s latest technology advancements in and around the lift truck at ProMat 2025.

ProMat will take place from March 17-20 at McCormick Place in Chicago. At booth S-647 in Hall A, Yale said it will feature next-gen lift truck automation, award-winning operator assistance technology, core lift truck models and other offerings designed to address the most pressing challenges facing warehouse operations today.

“The labor crunch is a growing problem that affects warehouses at all levels, from critical personnel on the front lines of picking, storage and other critical tasks, to the skilled technicians and engineers that keep critical equipment and processes up and running,” said Brad Long, global activation manager, Yale Lift Truck Technologies. “At ProMat, our goal is to showcase technologies that can help address labor challenges at every level, from enhancements that help make operators more confident and productive, to innovations that allow managers to solve critical challenges in ways they never thought possible.”

The Yale booth will feature live demonstrations and other exhibits showcasing the company’s technology and warehouse products, including:

  • An interactive experience featuring the company’s next-gen lift truck automation platform
  • Demonstrations of its Yale Reliant operator assist system
  • A first look at a new direct-store delivery offering, which Yale said is designed to conquer the unique challenges of last-mile delivery
  • A core lineup of warehouse lift trucks designed around critical labor, safety and productivity challenges
  • Concept lift trucks featuring innovations designed to meet the ever-changing requirements of modern warehouses

Yale will also present two seminars that take a deep dive into key technology sets that help address the labor and safety concerns of today’s warehouses:

  • Lift truck safety: Balancing reactive and proactive strategies to promote a safer warehouse
    • Date: Monday, March 17, 3:45 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
    • Location: Theater A
    • With forklift accidents a concern across industries, operations must take steps to mitigate risks. Learn about the full spectrum of operator-assist offerings and get a concrete understanding of reactive versus proactive approaches to lift truck safety.
  • What’s new in lift truck automation, and how it benefits today’s warehouses
    • Date: Tuesday, March 18, 10:30 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
    • Location: Robotics Theater
    • Covering every million square feet of warehouse space requires 80-100 lift trucks. But, with skilled labor at a premium, who will operate them? Learn how recent technological advances enable today’s automated lift trucks to be implemented faster and at significantly lower cost.
