Save time and packaging errors when shipping a single container of hazardous material with Labelmaster’s Packaging Kits for one container that can store up to 1 liter each.

These UN-certified, Variation Two shippers are suitable for shipping liquids or solids in Packing Groups I, II and III by any mode of transportation. They can accommodate your own glass or plastic bottle. For air shipment, the inner container(s) must pass a valid hydrostatic pressure test in accordance with 49 CFR 178.605, 173.27(c)(1) and (c)(2) and other applicable regulations.

These kits are sold unassembled to save you storage space and shipping costs and include an absorbent pouch, tie, tape, fiberboard core, fiberboard insert, fiberboard pads and a 4GV corrugated box with inside dimensions of 9 1/16" x 9 1/16" x 11 5/8".

  • PVC-coated glass bottle with Teflon®-lined cap
  • Full-friction tinplate steel canister with welded side seam and lid
  • UN-marked fiberboard, double-wall box
  • Absorbent pouch
  • Fiber core (for narrow-mouth container)
  • 4-mil polyethylene bag

Suggested Use

Ship Packing Groups I, II and III hazardous liquids or solids domestically by all modes of transport without labels or placards.
