The PalletFlow Pro is an innovative self-closing gate designed specifically for elevated double-wide aisles, offering a reliable solution to enhance both safety and productivity in high-volume environments. Engineered for efficiency, the gate operates without the need for human intervention, making it ideal for warehouses and facilities where speed and precision are essential. By automatically securing the aisle when not in use, it ensures compliance with safety standards while streamlining workflow, keeping personnel focused on critical tasks.

This ensures long-term value, allowing businesses to maintain productivity without frequent interruptions for repairs or adjustments.

Crafted from high-quality materials, the PalletFlow Pro is built to withstand the demands of rigorous industrial use. Its smooth, reliable operation reduces the risk of errors or malfunctions, ensuring continuous safety and efficiency. Company Product Description

Self-closing gate for elevated double wide pallet flow lanes

Meets OSHA Requirements 1910.29(b) and 1926.502(b) and ANSI 6.4.3

OSHA Compliant
Like all Garlock Safety products, the PalletFlow Pro is third-party tested and certified to meet and exceed OSHA standards. Instills peace of mind that workers in elevated pallet flow lanes are thoroughly protected by an independently tested and verified OSHA-compliant gate.

Maximum Productivity
The PalletFlow Pro will not slow product movement in even the highest velocity pallet flow lanes found in retail and other types of distribution centers. The self-closing gate requires no human intervention, so the charge side of the lane is always available to accept a pallet. The system protects each side of the bay independently so even if a lane becomes unusable, only one lane is affected and the adjacent lane functions as normal.

Best Value
The PalletFlow Pro is designed for low acquisition cost, and quick installation and delivers the lowest total cost of ownership. The gate comes preassembled with the axle, pivot pints, and springs which speed installation. It was designed from the ground up to avoid being damaged and eliminate high replacement part costs and repair labor.
