InCord Conveyor Guard safety netting systems can protect personnel and valuable product, helping you comply with OSHA regulations. These custom built netting systems are specifically designed for your facility and containment requirements.

Custom Made for Any Conveyor

InCord will custom build a Conveyor Guard system to meet the requirements of your unique facility and conveyor systems including belt, roller, I-beam monorail, and power and free systems.

InCord netting is available through many of the leading material handling systems providers with new equipment or as a retrofit to existing conveyors. Ask your dealer for more information.

An OSHA & ANSI Compliant Solution

When properly installed, Conveyor Guard from InCord complies with OSHA 1926.555 (a) (5) to protect personnel working below conveyors.

Conveyor Guard is also built to ANSI b.20.1 standard for conveyor safety.

A Smarter Choice than Metal Guards

Conveyor Guard netting systems are lightweight yet durable containment solutions in place of heavy metal guards. Conveyor Guard from InCord won’t rust or dent nor will it obstruct the view of the conveyor in operation. Netting from InCord is also simple to install, making Conveyor Guard a safe, economical choice.

OSHA 1926.555 (a) (5)

High Tenacity Polypropylene (HTPP) Knotless Netting

InCord is the North America’s leader in High Tenacity Polypropylene Knotless Netting. Knots are eliminated using a balanced knitted construction with filaments running continuously throughout the netting to enhance strength and durability. HTPP fiber is highly resistant to abrasion, light weight, and is resistant to moisture and chemical exposure.

Spillex™ Liquid and Particle Containment

InCord’s Spillex™ laminated polyester scrim makes it possible to contain spilled liquids as well as dust and small particles. Liquids can even be drained through optional hose attachments for easy channeling and collection. Spillex is ideal for preventing food cross-contamination or to guard against product leakage.

Flame Retardant Netting

All standard Conveyor Guard netting is available FR rated and certified to NFPA-701 for flammability and ASTM E84 for smoke and flame spread.
