The CruiserWeight sectional dock door from TKO Dock Doors with wind load package has received Florida Building Code Approval as well as a Notice of Approval from Miami-Dade County for use in hurricane susceptible areas and high wind load environments.

As a sectional knockout door, the unit can withstand pressures of +52 and -67.5 pounds per square foot. Features include damage-resistant polycarbonate interior skins, full-height reinforced track and retractable plungers (instead of roller wheels). To secure the door during high-wind events, slide locks and lock out pins are attached to the tracks.
