When the job demands movement, the FAST|COOL Backpack ICE Water Cooling System from COOLSHIRT delivers powerful personal cooling in a fully self-contained design.
Engineered for freedom, comfort, and endurance, this compact system keeps you cool wherever performance matters - from pit lanes and factory floors to outdoor worksites and extreme environments.
The FAST|COOL Backpack System combines a lightweight tubing-lined cooling vest with a portable ice-water circulation unit built directly into a low-profile backpack.
At its core is a 3-quart water/ice bladder, rechargeable battery, and miniature circulation pump that continuously circulates chilled water (36 to 68 degrees Fahrenheit) through four cooling zones on the vest - maintaining stable core body temperature, reducing heat stress, and enhancing endurance.
The backpack houses a 7.4V 2200mAh rechargeable battery powering a low-noise circulation pump (45 dBA) for silent operation.
A three-speed flow control switch lets you fine-tune your cooling rate - from light-duty conservation to maximum chill when the heat peaks.
Flow rates range from 8.5 to 17 fluid ounces per minute, letting you balance ice use with desired cooling intensity. Expect 2-4 hours of cooling with a frozen bladder or 1-3 hours when using ice cubes.
The rechargeable battery delivers up to 10 hours of runtime, depending on use and flow level. Extra bladders and battery packs are available for extended cooling sessions.
The FAST|COOL mesh vest weighs just 1.1 pounds and features breathable fabric, a full front zipper, and adjustable Velcro tabs for a snug, performance fit that maximizes thermal transfer and comfort against the skin. The backpack unit adds only 3.3 pounds, distributing weight evenly for all-day wear.
Available in XS to 4XL sizes with up to 6 inches of expansion via adjustable side tabs.
