Packsize, a provider of sustainable, right-sized, on-demand packaging systems, has announced two new strategic partnerships that significantly expand its suite of eco-friendly packaging solutions and the markets it can serve.

One these global partnerships with Sitma, a leader in paper based envelope and autobagging soutions, and the other with Paccurate, which will serve as Packsize’s exclusive cartonization partner. Packsize said the collaborations mark another leap forward in its mission to deliver the largest suite of smarter, more sustainable packaging solutions worldwide.

Expanding automated packaging with Sitma

Through this exciting new partnership, Packsize can now offer customers a complete portfolio of sustainable packaging solutions, featuring Sitma’s automated bagging systems, including the e-Wrap, Fast Pack and Fast Pack Plus. These systems utilize heat-sealable or kraft paper and right-sized packaging to drastically reduce waste, offering a truly sustainable alternative to traditional polybags for a variety of goods.

“Our partnership with Sitma represents the next step in Packsize’s mission to bring sustainable, eco-friendly packaging solutions to a greater number of application needs. By providing paper bagging and cardboard enveloping, we are able to reduce the damaging carbon footprint of plastic options” said Brian Reinhart, CRO, Packsize. “With Sitma’s innovative automated bagging machines, we can now offer a truly comprehensive range of packaging solutions, enabling us to serve more markets and address a broader variety of customer challenges.”

“Sitma is very excited to enter into partnership with Packsize,” said Francis McMahon, President of Sitma Americas. “We share a core commitment to right-sized sustainable packaging, and we look forward to bringing Sitma's automated solutions to Packsize's ecommerce customers looking to augment their SMART boxing solutions with a complementary sustainable mailer system.”

Paccurate named exclusive cartonization partner

In a pivotal expansion of an already successful collaboration, Packsize will be the exclusive automated packaging reseller of Paccurate. Packsize has also named Paccurate as its exclusive cartonization partner, providing cutting-edge software integrated across all Packsize solutions to identify the quantity and dimensions needed for a given shipping package. Paccurate’s intelligent algorithms ensure that every shipment - whether it’s a box or envelope - is perfectly right-sized for optimal efficiency and sustainability.

“Paccurate’s software is the gold standard for cartonization,” said Reinhart. “By fully integrating Paccurate into our packaging ecosystem, we can help customers further reduce shipping costs and waste by maximizing space utilization, while also improving product protection in transit. Culturally, the energy and enthusiasm the Paccurate team has for this space is really exciting to see.”

"We couldn't be more thrilled to further strengthen Paccurate's partnership with Packsize,” said James Malley, co-founder and CEO of Paccurate. “Our companies share a perfectly aligned mission, and after over a year of successful collaboration on major projects, it's clear the partnership delivers exceptional value. When it comes to right-sizing, you really can't get much better than best-in-class hardware and software working in tandem."
