All-in-one environment, health, and safety (EHS) software system provider KPA recently showcased its Flex EHS platform at the 2025 Safety Congress & Exposition.

The show was hosted by The National Safety Council (NSC) Sept. 15-17 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado.

KPA provides EHS software, consulting, and online training to help organizations stay compliant with state and federal regulations and maintain a productive and safe workplace.

The company said its Flex software platform is easy to use, highly configurable, and designed for a mobile workforce, which encourages broad adoption and improved safety culture across organizations.

Flexible, configurable platform integrates management processes

KPA’s Flex EHS management system is a comprehensive, flexible, and configurable platform designed to help organizations manage their EHS programs effectively. It integrates various aspects of EHS management, including incidents, operational risks, inspections, audit processes, training and learning, and compliance tracking, all within a single, user-friendly platform.

The system offers a wide range of tools and features to streamline EHS management, including:

  • A mobile app
  • Comprehensive online training
  • Efficient SDS management
  • Smart asset management
  • Intelligent compliance calendar
  • Contractor safety management
  • Sustainability and ESG tracking
  • Form management
  • Inspection checklists
  • Real-time data analysis

KPA recently announced it facilitated over 12 million online trainings in 2024. The company was also recently selected as a priority partner of NSC’s TechHub Marketplace.

“For 40 years, KPA has enabled more than 15,000 clients in creating safer workplaces, protecting their employees and business, and achieving regulatory compliance,” said Chris Fanning, KPE president and CEO. “We are honored to join the NSC TechHub Marketplace and look forward to sharing our expertise with the wider community of safety professionals.”
