Material handling equipment provider NOBLELIFT officially unveiled its NobleOne AI platform developed in collaboration with Gather AI at MODEX 2026.

The trade show was hosted by MHI April 13-16 in Atlanta, Georgia.

NOBLELIFT said NobleOne can help unlock greater productivity, enhance safety, and enable operators to perform at a consistently higher level, closing the performance gap that exists across typical warehouse operations.

The platform’s abilities include:

  • Enhance operator performance through AI-powered coaching and training
  • Improve safety with a host of integrated advanced driver assists (ADAS)
  • Orchestrate autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) directly from forklifts
  • Integrate seamlessly with other web-based WMS and warehouse software

At MODEX, live demonstrations highlighted how NobleOne can help enable operators to become true “force multipliers” within their facilities, bridging the gap between manual operations and automation.

“NobleOne transforms material handling equipment into an intelligent mobile command center, empowering operators with real-time insights, skills development, advanced safety features, automation control, and performance optimization tools”, said Bill Pedriana, NOBLELIFT North America president. “Rather than treating the forklift as a standalone machine, the AI platform elevates it into a means to maximize the value of inventory flows.”

Delivering intelligence to operators & facilities

NOBLELIFT built the NobleOne platform as an open, future-ready system designed to make it easy for operations to integrate the latest technologies directly at the point of use. Collaborating with Gather AI, a physical AI for intralogistics developer, was the natural first step.

Gather AI’s MHE Vision system, an AI-powered camera system mounted on material handling equipment, captures every pallet movement in real time and synchronizes ground-truth data directly to WMS and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. MHE Vision creates a real-time digital twin of warehouse environments, tracking inventory, movement, and conditions across the entire facility.

Together, MHE Vision integrated with NobleOne can provide complete situational awareness at the operator level and complete facility awareness across the warehouse. NobleOne brings intelligence to the operator, while MHE Vision brings intelligence to the facility. Together, they close the gap between what systems say is happening and what is actually happening on the warehouse floor.

“Forklifts move more product than any other piece of equipment in a warehouse, and for years that movement has been invisible to the systems running the operation,” said Sankalp Arora, Gather AI CEO & co-founder. “MHE Vision changes that. Integrated with NobleOne, every pallet movement gets captured in real time. The equipment itself becomes a source of ground truth. That's what we're here to build.”

Open platform built for future development

NobleOne is designed as an open, scalable ecosystem using advanced DevOps containerization, allowing integration with third-party applications, where partners can maintain direct relationships with their customers on the platform. This flexible app store-type architecture can help ensure customers can adapt and expand their technology stack as their operations evolve.

NobleOne launched edge-based AI hardware and software developed by Gigantic Systems Corporation, to be adapted to numerous supply chain or other industry applications.

As part of NOBLELIFT’s long-term vision, the NobleOne AI platform will be made available to other forklift OEMs through future partnerships to help drive broader innovation and standardization across the material handling industry.
