FabEnCo G-Series universal hinge mount safety gate

The G-Series self-closing safety gate from FabEnCo by Tractel is ideal for fall protection, machine guarding, access control, pedestrian traffic management, and security.

The most common application for FabEnCo self-closing safety gates is fall protection on an elevated work platform with an unprotected opening, such as a ladderway or stair opening, as required by OSHA regulations under 29 §CFR 1910.23 - Guarding Floor and Wall Openings and Holes.

FabEnCo’s standard safety gate models are tested to meet and exceed OSHA’s 200 pounds top rail pressure requirement. OSHA-compliant swing gates reduce the risk of falls and fall-related injuries in elevated areas, stairways, and loading docks.

Scratch & corrosion-resistant coatings

This series of FabEnCo Safety Gates is available in carbon steel and stainless steel for special applications and environments. FabEnCoat finishes include galvanized and environmentally-friendly safety yellow powder coated options. Requires a striking post to close.

Determining the proper gate size for your application only requires the measurement of the inside clear opening.

A36 galvanized carbon steel

The hot-dipped galvanizing process creates a corrosion resistant-surface with protection that becomes part of the metal. A scratch will be thoroughly protected by the zinc within the metal.

Safety yellow powder-coated A36 carbon steel

The powder coating process applies a base layer of a baked-on zinc-rich epoxy followed by the yellow baked-on powder coat. A scratch to the coating will not degrade the protection beneath.

316L stainless steel
