CBS Equipment Dozer/Confined Space Oxygen Survival Kit

The Dozer/Confined Space/Barricade Kit from ChemBio Shelters (CBS) Equipment provides oxygen (O2), passive carbon dioxide (CO2) scrubbing, and O2 monitoring in enclosed or confined spaces.

The kit eliminates the need for one-hour self-contained self rescuers (SCSR’s) required in bulldozers operating near underground feeders in stockpile operations.

Some operators have been trapped for almost four hours. The kit lasts over six hours.

With a five-year shelf life, the kit is immune from heat and vibration unlike some of SCSR. No mouthpiece or mask is required, which allows for drinking and communication.
