Constructed from 12 gauge galvanized channel steel, Ashland Conveyor’s GU3G guard fits 2.5 and 3.5 inch frames to prevent items from falling off conveyors, sold with mounting hardware.

The GU3G guard from Ashland Conveyor Products is a fixed 2.5 inch channel guard suitable for all 2.5 and 3.5 inch Ashland Conveyor channel frames.

The GU3G guard is constructed from 12 gauge galvanized channel steel. Sold in pairs, mounting hardware is included.

Metal guard rails (also known as channel guard rails) mount directly to the top frame of an unpowered (gravity-flow) skate wheel or roller conveyor to control the flow of items along the conveyor and prevent damage to the items.

The rails direct items as they move along the conveyor, stop the items from falling off the sides of the conveyor, and prevent oversized items from being transported on the conveyor.
