Ross Technology was formed in 1962 by Donald E. Speicher out of a passion for fabricating metal and a knack for developing creative technologies that challenge the status quo and advance product design. These founding principles have guided the company for over five decades and remain at the core of what drives it as it advances. Ross officially rebranded to Dexco Racks (d.b.a. Dexco) Jan. 21, 2026.
