The L213 series cable grab from Werner won third place in the 2025 New Product Showcase Awards at the 2025 Safety Congress & Exposition.

The show was hosted by The National Safety Council (NSC) Sept. 15-17 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado.

The Werner L213500 cable grab vertical lifeline is a fall protection system designed to allow smooth up-and-down climbing operation while preventing unexpected nuisance lockups and unintentional stops.

Designed for seamless integration with a wide range of fixed ladder and tower systems, its universal attachment system allows for quick and easy connection.

Features include:

  • Meets the requirements of ANSI Z359.16 and OSHA standards
  • Compatible with 3/8 inch, solid-core, 1×7 or 7×19 steel or stainless steel ANSI Z359.16 cable systems
  • Compatible with the sternal harness D-ring
  • Self-closing, auto-locking carabiner for harness chest connection
  • Custom-designed ANSI-compliant energy absorber
  • Clear on-product labeling and orientation markings for rapid installation
  • Must only be used on ANSI Z359.16-compliant fall arrest systems under at least 50 pounds of tension
