ProMat 2025: Ampure showcases expanded PosiCharge line

High-performance industrial charging systems provider Ampure Charging Systems recently exhibited its expanding PosiCharge lineup of material handling equipment charging products at ProMat 2025. The trade show was held March 17-20 in Chicago, Ill.

Attendees were able to explore the company’s latest advancements, which it said are designed to optimize global warehouse and distribution center operations and drive business efficiency.

PosiCharge, a product line of Ampure, specializes in charging systems that can maximize fleet efficiency and safety for material handling operations. With decades of experience, Ampure said PosiCharge technology can help businesses transition from traditional fuel sources to electric power, reducing downtime and enhancing safety.

Ampure said PosiCharge’s presence at ProMat 2025 highlights its commitment to innovation in the material handling sector, helping businesses reduce operational costs, streamline fleet charging, and enhance workplace safety. The PosiCharge team was available to discuss charging systems that can help facilitate a smooth transition to electric fleets and improve overall operational efficiency, specifically addressing the needs of warehouse managers, operations directors, and logistics professionals.

The following PosiCharge systems were displayed at ProMat 2025:

  • 480V ProCore Edge (3-Bay, 5-Bay, 10-Bay): For multi-vehicle operations, designed for high-throughput material handling operations, optimized for B2B efficiency.
  • 600V ProCore Edge (5-Bay, 10-Bay): Designed for high-voltage, heavy-duty industrial equipment, specifically designed for the Canadian market and demanding B2B applications.
  • 400V ProCore Edge (5-Bay): Efficient charging for a wide range of electric material handling fleets, tailored for most European countries, including France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, and the Netherlands, and optimized for European B2B standards.
  • ProCore Solo (Single Phase): Charging for diverse industrial applications, including facilities with limited power infrastructure, enabling fast, frequent charging in 24/7 operations and meeting the demands of B2B environments.
  • PosiGuard & Battery RX: Intelligent battery monitoring and identification devices (BMIDs) and safety systems that can extend battery life and enhance operational safety, crucial for minimizing downtime in B2B operations.
