Managed PPE program provider Lehigh Customfit recently announced it will showcase its foot protection management programs at the 2025 Safety Congress & Exposition in booth 1748.

The show is being hosted by The National Safety Council (NSC) Sept. 15-17 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado.

Data-driven systems can improve employee health

Lehigh Customfit provides managed PPE programs for safety footwear along with foot and body wellness. Its customizable services include on-site fittings and 24/7 online ordering with electronic invoices and payments.

The company’s online dashboards with automated data feeds provide customized program control to help reduce pain-point inefficiencies and improve employee health. Its online program metrics allow employers to:

  • See and manage employee eligibility
  • Track compliance to help reduce worker’s compensation claims and lower premiums
  • Control what employees are wearing to help reduce slips, trips, falls, and lost-time productivity
  • Control spending and reduce overall product costs for accurate budgeting

By capturing personal 3D foot scan data during on-site fittings, Lehigh Customfit recommends custom orthotics, medical-grade compression socks, and accurate-fit safety footwear. This data enables footwear to:

  • More accurately fit employees
  • Provide greater comfort and injury prevention
  • Enable employees to improve foot wellness and health, contributing to better performance and productivity

Customized sizing reduces size-related online order returns

With over 75 brands and 1,000s of styles, Lehigh Customfit provides a selection from companies like Rocky, Georgia Boot, Timberland PRO, KEEN Utility, and Reebok Work. It offers safety features and sizes to fit every environment and employee through:

  • Easy ordering and a quick link to the last purchase
  • Best-fitting style recommendations
  • Company-specific catalogs

The company’s True Fit personalization platform aligns footwear and apparel manufacturing design data of many top name brands with order data from millions of consumers to recommend the best-fitting size of chosen product for each individual user.

Employees provide their shoe size, favorite brand and style, and True Fit aligns their data to recommend a size in with a company’s Customfit product catalog.

By ensuring each employee orders the right size work boot the first time, Lehigh Customfit said it can reduce size-related returns, reduce the time workers’ feet go unprotected, build consumer confidence in workers who struggle with buying their safety footwear online, and build brand trust.
