J. J. Keller promotes Steve Murray to Head of Product and Chief Operating Officer

J. Keller and Associates, Inc. recently announced the promotion of Steve Murray to Head of Product and Chief Operating Officer, effective Oct. 1.

The North American safety and regulatory compliance provider said Murray’s promotion reflects its continued investment in helping transportation, human resources, and EHS professionals protect people and manage complex regulatory responsibilities.

Strengthening focus on evolving compliance needs

In the newly-created role, Murray will provide enterprise-wide leadership for product strategy, the product development pipeline, product & service delivery, and customer service, further strengthening the company’s focus on products that address customers' ever-evolving safety and compliance needs.

Murray joined J. J. Keller in 2013 and has led multiple business units, including the company’s Managed Services and Training & Consulting Services organizations, which comprise more than 700 compliance experts, consultants, and trainers. He has more than 30 years of experience in general management of large fleet operations, customer service, sales, pricing, and recruiting.
