Annual award program for innovative Taiwanese products Taiwan Excellence recently announced it will introduce 15 Taiwanese brands at Automate 2025 in booth 2646.

The trade show is being hosted by the Association for Advancing Automation (A3) May 12-15 at the Huntington Place Convention Center in Detroit, Mich.

Incorporating the theme of “Advancing Robotics with Taiwanese Precision,” the Taiwan Excellence exhibit will showcase the latest robots and Al systems, which it said can provide a competitive edge and to shape the future of robotics technology.

Industrial automation product launch

On Monday, May 12, at 1:00 p.m., Taiwan Excellence will host an hour-long product launch at its booth, introducing executives from five of the 15 Taiwanese brands on display.

The showcased smart manufacturing systems span cobots with built-in AI computer vision, high-sensitivity safety skin for robots, robotics systems for CNC machining, strain wave gear technologies for precision motion control, and multi-axis systems for synchronized automation.

Taiwan Excellence said these systems demonstrate Taiwan’s strength in advancing robotics, motion control, and intelligent automation tailored for high-efficiency industrial applications.

Presenters will include:

  • Francine Chu, Techman Robot regional sales manager
  • Nephel Lo, Touché Solutions deputy director
  • Otis Siah, Syntec global director
  • Doug Kiernan, Toyo Robot director Americas
  • Andy Grossmeier, HIWIN sales engineer

U.S. market collaboration

In response to the U.S. government’s policy encouraging more U.S. manufacturing, Taiwan Excellence said it and its participating brands are actively exploring opportunities to collaborate with American partners and support the growth of advanced manufacturing in the U.S. market.

By leveraging Taiwan’s experience in robotics, precision engineering, and smart automation, these companies aim to contribute to the revitalization of American manufacturing and help strengthen domestic supply chains.

In addition to the five brands presented at the Product Launch, Taiwan Excellence will also feature products from Aaeon, Aplex, Fatek, Jumbo Laser, Leantec, Mitac, Novakon, Planet, TBI Motion, and Transcend.
