The ISO-Clean Glider cleanroom door offers a variety of features, such as the Safe Alert system and Smart Seal, a seal-monitoring system. It can provide durability and safety, potentially on a long-term basis.

Comprised of lightweight FRP fiberglass, the door meets Annex 1, cGMP, ISO and U.S. Food & Drug Administration guidelines. Using torque sensing, which enables it to detect seal disengagement or wear, the door minimizes the likelihood of air pressure loss.

If it does detect such issues, the torque sensor submits an alert to the door’s 7-inch graphic user interface (GUI) control panel. From there, users will be alerted, enabling them to enact any appropriate actions for maintenance and troubleshooting.
