Power generation and transmission components, electric motor and controller manufacturer Regal Rexnord recently announced it will showcase its powertrain systems at ProMat 2025 in booth S1541.

The trade show will be held March 17-20 at the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, Ill.

Regal Rexnord said its powertrain systems can help minimize downtime and maximize throughput for distribution center, warehousing, and material handling applications.

“Our material handling, warehouse, and distribution customers face a variety of challenges, including increased maintenance, workforce retention and frequent line changeovers. Regal Rexnord understands these challenges and offers a wide range of solutions to help customers overcome them,” said Jack Zbiegien, Regal Rexnord director of product management. “We look forward to showcasing our latest products at ProMat 2025 and helping customers find the right solutions for their specific needs.”

Components to help address operations, maintenance challenges

The company's automation and conveying employees will highlight how customers can implement customized, end-to-end powertrain systems to optimize conveyor lines and increase overall equipment effectiveness.

A large-scale conveying demonstration and additional featured products will show how Regal Rexnord systems can help address common throughput challenges, such as by:

  • Improving facility and operation performance by integrating systems like ModSort Divert and transfer modules for warehouse automation into new or existing lines.
  • Improving product handling and throughput with systems such as Sealmaster mounted ball bearings, Boston Gear Gen2 SS700 series speed reducers, Bauer BK Series gear motors, and conveying systems that include Rexnord TableTop chains and the Rexnord MatTop belts.
  • Reducing maintenance and increasing productivity in forklift operations with Rex Leaf chain.
  • Improving safety and braking efficiency for forklifts operating within a small footprint with the Warner Electric PK brakes.
  • Maximizing uptime with the Grove Gear Ironman gear reducer, which is designed to handle frequent reversing, start/stop cycles, and high-impact load applications in forklift operations.
