Matrix Design Group LLC is showcasing its OmniPro Vision AI technology with its official technology partner Hyundai Material Handling at MODEX 2026.
Matrix is in booth A3105 and Hyundai is in booth B8909. The trade show is being hosted by MHI April 13-16 in Atlanta, Georgia.
The companies will demonstrate how AI can help prevent collisions between mobile equipment and workers in industrial settings.
Matrix said industrial safety has long struggled with a persistent, costly reality: collisions between mobile equipment and workers remain one of the most dangerous and difficult risks to eliminate.
Integrated into the truck, OmniPro Vision AI technology is designed to detect pedestrians, vehicles, and blind-spot obstacles in real time and stop equipment before a collision occurs.
Matrix and Hyundai will demonstrate HiVision powered by OmniPro Vision AI live at MODEX, giving attendees a close look at how the system works in an active forklift environment.
“Customers now expect safety to be built in from the ground up, rather than added later as a separate feature,” said Lewis Byers, Hyundai Material Handling EVP and COO. “With CAN integration, HiVision powered by OmniPro builds the foundation of a more connected and intelligent machine ecosystem.”
Matrix will also lead two MODEX sessions on scaling collision-avoidance technology across mixed fleets and multi-site operations, reducing one-off complexity while supporting safer throughput:
