OmniPro Vision AI technology from Matrix Design Group LLC is designed to detect pedestrians, vehicles, and obstacles in real time and stop equipment before a collision occurs.

The system adds an intelligent, proactive layer of protection to monitor hazardous areas like intersections, blind spots, and tight corners. Its advanced AI system design adapts to dynamic workflows, accurately identifying real hazards.

Designed for busy warehouses and material handling environments, OmniPro operates tag-free and delivers audible and visual alerts to help operators respond quickly.

Built for harsh industrial environments, its rugged, IP67-rated design ensures long-lasting reliability, while optional throttle integration and in-cab displays enhance operator awareness and assist in avoiding hazards.

Fully-customizable monitoring zones

At the heart of the system are OmniPro’s compact edge computing cameras, which perform real-time detection and take time-stamped photos.

With up to 4 cameras per Hub, each camera can monitor up to five fully-customizable detection zones and is designed to give you maximum coverage and minimize false positives and nuisance alerts.

OmniPro Cloud also includes 24/7 desktop access to real-time data, system analytics, and reporting tools, providing teams with the insight they need to help prevent incidents, enhance operational visibility, and help strengthen site-wide safety.
