Datalogic will introduce four next-generation technologies for improved efficiency, traceability, and safety at MODEX 2026 in booth C13971.

The trade show is being hosted by MHI April 13-16 in Atlanta, Georgia.

Datalogic will present its new generation of products and technologies designed for logistics, courier services, transportation, 3PL, warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing.

As supply chains accelerate and volumes continue to rise, logistics and warehouse operators require systems that integrate identification, mobility, automation, and safety into a single operational ecosystem.

At MODEX, Datalogic said it will present a complete portfolio of technology innovations designed to improve throughput, enhance visibility, and ensure reliable performance across both manual and automated logistics workflows.

New 10 meter safety laser scanner for pallet handling automation safety

Via Datasensing, Datalogic is unveiling a new SLS 10m Safety Laser Scanner capable of reaching a detection range of up to 32 feet for automated pallet handling and intralogistics.

Datalogic said this detection coverage helps ensure operator safety and enables reliable automated operations across conveyors, robotic cells, palletizers, and autonomous guided vehicles (AGVs).

By enhancing detection performance and minimizing operational interruptions, the SLS 10m can provide safety and efficiency for the most demanding automated logistics environments.

Mobile computers, large-area conveyor scanner

Datalogic will also globally launch its next generation of high-performance, ultra-rugged Falcon X60/X65 and Skorpio X40/X45 mobile computers for warehouse operators across the retail, manufacturing, and transport & logistics sectors.

In addition, Datalogic will also premiere its Matrix 830/930 image readers for high-speed parcel handling and large-area conveyor scanning.

Live demonstrations at Datalogic’s booth

Visitors to Datalogic’s booth will experience live demonstrations on how Datalogic technologies can increase operational safety across logistics operations.

One highlight will be a working conveyor featuring Matrix scanners (including the new Matrix 830/930), high-speed parcel identification vision systems (among them the Datalogic AV7000 camera), and industrial safety devices designed for high-throughput operations.

The Datalogic booth will feature a dedicated demonstration of the DS4 Area Sensor, showcasing its capabilities in detecting and measuring object and pallet height on conveyor systems to improve sorting accuracy and positioning.

Lidar technologies and the new SLS 10m take center stage, offering a firsthand look at the future of automated safety and detection.

Datalogic experts will guide visitors through these scenarios, showing how the technologies enable faster, smarter, and safer supply chain operations.
