Jesco Industries: JescoGard® Economy Rail

JescoGard® Economy Rails act as both a visual and physical barrier to help protect your important assests:  People, machinery, and the building. Protect your team by indicating safe walkways, or may be used for marking overhead obstacles like conveyors, or using in Shipping and Receiving area loading docks for drivers waiting area. The bolts have been tested on rails for impact rating to stop a 10,000 lbs load at 4 mph without a break through.

Product Features

• Posts are 4" x 4" x 3/16" square tube with 10" square x 1/2" base plates.
• Rails are 11 gauge formed 2-rib design 9-9/16" high corrugated rails.
• Lift-Out rails are available but are not impact rated.  
• Option for a self-closing Single Hinge Gate 44" wide and must order 42" posts for either side of the gate.  
• Sleeve anchors (4) 3/4" x 6-1/4" long are included in bolt package with plastic cap (steel cap is also available).  
• The rails are available in 18" single rail height or 42" double rail height.

Jesco®Gard Standard Rail System has a corrugated 3-rib design using 11 gauge steel formed for rails 14" high.
