The MML & MAL manual truck restraints from Dock Leveler Manufacturing are non-impact and self-aligning with optional indicator lights, interlocked controls, and RIG detection.

The PowerStop MML and MAL manual vehicle restraints from Dock Leveler Manufacturing (DLM) are non-impact, self-aligning, mechanically-operated truck restraining systems.

The PowerStop can withstand up to 32,000 pounds of pull-out force and has a horizontal service range of 0 to 10 inches from the face of the dock bumpers and a horizontal range of 12 to 29.5 inches.

The MAL model comes equipped with a rear impact guard (RIG) sensor bar that notifies dock workers if the restraint's arm is not securely engaged with the trailer's RIG.

Optional indicator lights

An optional light communication package can be added to the MML and MAL, which can also be upgraded to iDock Controls with an interactive message display.

The PowerStop can include an optional corresponding red and green inside and outside light package. These lights can be operated manually or automatically to identify the restraint's operation to both the forklift operator and the truck driver.

Optional control interlock and integration

PowerStop is a versatile restraint that can be integrated with any mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic dock levelers, edge-of-dock, or top-of-dock units.

The PowerStop can be easily interlocked to any powered dock leveler through the optional upgrade of adding iDock Controls, forcing operators to use the restraint before the dock leveler can be positioned onto the truck
