Boot Barn has overhauled its long-standing B2B commercial accounts program with its revamped Boot Barn WORKFORCE program for workwear procurement.

The updated program leverages Boot Barn’s nationwide reach, along with its assortment of boots and workwear, to supply businesses across the country with essential safety gear.

The program is powered by a custom-developed digital experience that brings workforce management, product ordering, and spend tracking together in one seamless platform.

“Here at Boot Barn, we say that our customers feed America, build America, and protect America, and we’re proud to serve the hardest-working people of our nation,” said John Hazen, CEO at Boot Barn. “Our revamped WORKFORCE program makes it even easier for businesses to supply their teams with the safety gear they need. We look forward to helping as many businesses as possible reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.”

Nationwide supply & consultations

Boot Barn is a western and workwear retailer with over 575 stores across 49 states as of August 2026. This nationwide reach allows the WORKFORCE program to support businesses with large workforces spanning multiple locations and states, providing in-store, online, and onsite support for easy ordering, try-on, pickup, and exchanges.

The program also offers onsite work boot consultations, where a mobile team comes directly to jobsites for personalized fittings, gear recommendations, and same-day ordering.

By making workwear procurement as easy and accessible as possible, Boot Barn said its WORKFORCE program can help reduce operational delays and inefficiencies for workforces across the country.

Cross-platform digital management

After working closely with procurement professionals and safety managers in every major industry, Boot Barn mapped out the pain points of traditional workwear management systems and custom-built a new digital portal designed for ease of use.

The portal will be accessible via desktop and mobile, providing managers with one centralized system to manage and track all their workforce operations.

The portal also has a robust employee-facing component, so individual employees can place workwear orders and track delivery with their company discount, vouchers, or set allowance applied.

“Many workwear procurement programs still operate through manual, paper-based tracking or outdated online systems,” said Tim Farrell, Director of Boot Barn WORKFORCE. “We’ve now built a streamlined digital portal that helps workforces across every industry order, track, and manage their workwear with ease. It’s a gamechanger.”

Select from top brands

Boot Barn WORKFORCE gives businesses access to a range of workwear and boot options, unlike individual brand programs that tend to offer a more limited selection.

Boot Barn offers a broad assortment of work gear from hundreds of top work brands including Carhartt, Cody James, HAWX, Thorogood, Ariat, Wolverine, Brunt, Justin, Twisted X, and Timberland Pro.

Key safety categories for every industry

Boot Barn’s wide selection also extends across key safety categories, offering certified flame-resistant workwear, boots with every type of safety toe, hi-vis workwear, extreme weather gear, and more.

Boot Barn WORKFORCE is equipped to serve workforces in every major industry including construction, oil and gas, agriculture, heavy industry and mechanical, service, and warehouse.

Thanks to its broad selection of work gear across multiple safety categories and top brands, Boot Barn said it is a reliable one-stop-shop for workwear that meets industry-specific gear requirements such as safety toe protection, electrical hazard and static dissipative protection, high visibility, and resistance to oil, slips, punctures, and flames.

Flexible, customizable programs

The Boot Barn WORKFORCE team can tailor programs to the unique needs of every workforce, with options including vouchers, allowance, purchase orders, purchase cards, and specialized processes for government and GSA.

They start by learning as much as possible about each individual business and their requirements before creating a custom program that will best serve the needs of that business.

The team is then on hand to offer expert support and guidance through program deployment and beyond.
