TAKK: Anti-static FlexCord

Constructed of Thunderon microfibers, anti-static FlexCord by TAKK features thousands of conductive points which cause ionization and grounding to eliminate static electricity from conveyors and parts.

The cord can be precisely positioned and mounted in confined spaces, will not spark, and can be used in hazardous locations. Offered in 32.5-foot rolls, the material stretches to approximately double its length, allowing it to be pulled taut and avoid snags.

By placing the cord 0.25 to 0.5 inches above a moving web, conveyor or product, its projected micro filaments interact with the static field on the product or conveyor, eliminating the static charge on the surface. For easy installation on metal surfaces, magnet-mounting kits may be specified.
