Shipping materials leader Uline has officially opened Wisconsin’s largest warehouse. The 1.44 million-square-foot facility, among the top 20 largest warehouses in the nation, will begin shipping this month and aims to enhance Uline’s ability to deliver products efficiently across North America.
Located in Kenosha County, the new warehouse is expected to create over 200 jobs, including warehouse associates, managers, and facilities staff roles. “This huge new facility represents much more than just the expansion of our physical footprint,” said Wade Goff, Sr. Director of Redistribution. “It will allow us to deliver products more efficiently than ever before, and it will create hundreds of new job opportunities for the local community.”
The facility is designed to support growing demand and features modern amenities such as an on-site fitness center and a café. It will house a large portion of Uline’s extensive product catalog, which includes over 40,000 items.
Since opening its first warehouse in Kenosha in 2009, Uline has steadily expanded its operations in Southeastern Wisconsin. The company’s investment in this new facility reflects its commitment to long-term growth and its role as a major player in North American logistics.
The warehouse sits on 179 acres of land, covering over 33 acres of space, earning it the nickname “Mother of all Warehouses.” With this addition, Uline’s total footprint in Kenosha County surpasses 10 million square feet, further solidifying the region as a key logistics hub.
