Looking to guard your building against fire incidents? Tyco Fire TY-B series standard response sprinklers from Johnson Controls are designed for use in commercial occupancies such as banks, hotels, malls, factories, refineries, and chemical plants.

When it comes to fire safety, preparation is everything. These sprinklers discharge a hemispherical water spray pattern in the area beneath the sprinkler using a small frame and narrow-profile bulb.

TY-B series sprinklers are offered in a variety of orientations and K-factors up to 8.0, with a temperature rating up to 360 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • 5.6 K-Factor: upright, pendent, horizontal sidewall, and vertical sidewall
  • 2.8, 5.6, and 8.0 K-factor, upright, pendent, and recessed pendent

The TY-B series is UL and C-UL certified, as well as FM, NYC, LPCB, and VdS approved.
