The SmartLifter automated vacuum lifter by WEPCO grips, balances and stacks cartons with fingertip pressure.
Ideal for building pallets at the end of a line, the device reduces worker strain and increases productivity. It grips cartons on one side, stacking pallets snugly and eliminating product loss due to top seal failure. Easily reconfigured to handle any stacking orientation and pallet size, the system’s sensors detect and adjust the device to accommodate the load and prevent tipping.
It rotates 360 degrees and includes a boom with 12-foot radius reach. When mast-mounted on a portable base, it can be easily moved with a pallet jack or fork truck. Alternately, the underhung model mounts on a monorail to serve multiple production lines.
