Our innovative ResinDek ReShield flooring panels provide a seamless upgrade for existing floor surfaces that need enhanced performance characteristics. Whether you require specific ESD properties, specialized wear resistance for robotic traffic, or improved gouge and slip resistance, these versatile panels deliver superior results. At just 1/4” (6 mm) thick, these lightweight panels install directly over most level substrates —including plywood, OSB, chipboard, and unfinished ResinDek floors — without requiring extensive demolition or preparation work.
The panels excel in both automated material handling environments and traditional warehousing and manufacturing applications, providing consistent performance across mezzanine installations. Their durability, combined with quick installation and minimal disruption to existing operations, delivers immediate value while extending the life of your current flooring infrastructure. By eliminating the need for complete floor replacement, ResinDek ReShield panels offer a cost-effective path to enhanced floor performance without compromising on quality or functionality.
Manufactured with mostly recycled and recovered wood fibers, ResinDek WR panels are not only environmentally conscious but also highly resistant to rot and termites. The panels are manufactured using environmentally friendly phenolic resins without added urea formaldehyde, ensuring a safer and healthier indoor environment. Other proprietary additives ensure the ResinDek WR panel’s resistance to decay. ResinDek WR has been independently certified to be CARB compliant, conforming to SCS Recycled Content Standard V7-0.
ResinDek Reshield is manufactured with mostly recycled and recovered wood fibers, environmentally friendly resins with no added urea formaldehyde, and a wax emulsifier for moisture resistance. The ingredients are combined and compressed under extremely high pressure and temperature, resulting in a panel with superior physical properties. ResinDek composite engineered flooring panels are custom manufactured and available in sizes up to 4’ (1219 mm) x 10’ (3048 mm). SCS Global Certifications, LEED® and FSC® ResinDek LD panels are certified to have No Added Formaldehyde and conforms to SCS Recycled Content Standard V7-0. ResinDek panels can contribute towards earning points for LEED® qualified buildings. When required ResinDek panels are available with FSC® Certification. FSC® License Code FSC-C124474.
ResinDek ReShield features a 0.25” (6 mm) thickness profile. Load capacity varies based on the underlying substrate, with maximum combined live and dead loads reaching up to 3,000 lbs. Cornerstone Specialty Wood Products, LLC® (CSWP) hereby warrants ResinDek ReShield panels to be free from defect, structurally sound, and able to safely carry the specified design loads.
