EnKon Systems: Pneumatic Scissor Lift and Rotate System

Lift and rotate system for carts improves worker ergonomics

EnKon Systems: Pneumatic Scissor Lift and Rotate System

Rated for a capacity of 2,000 pounds and 12,000 duty cycles per year, the pneumatic scissor lift and rotate system by EnKon Systems works with carts to improve worker ergonomics and productivity.

The system allows an operator to raise a cart containing a pallet to the proper heights while placing products onto the pallet. To reduce the time and back strain associated with completing a task, the integrated rotate system allows the cart to easily turn 360 degrees. Once the pallet is fully loaded, the operator can lower the lift and roll the cart to the next step in the process.

The system’s rotate bearing is attached to a platform below the lift, with four mounting holes that secure it to the floor. Heavy-duty, the high-grade rotate bearing withstands load slamming from forklifts. Safety features include an optional bolt-on bellows skirt to protect from pinch points, a maintenance safety stop, and captured roller wheels to prevent the lift table from tipping.
