The PickerPal Mezzanine Safety Gate combines several technologies to deliver an easy to use, safe, and economical solution for pick modules and mezzanine gate applications. The gate's arms are self-closing (one at a time); as items are removed from pallets the arms close, ensuring employees are kept safe and fall height protection requirements are met without interrupting the workflow. Moreover, the casters on the arms and the offset baseplates of the post ensure product and pallet are not caught against the gate. Additionally, the innovative design of the PickerPal Mezzanine Safety Gate requires minimal space for installation and allows for a wide range of applications.

Product Features:

  • Meets OSHA fall height requirements.
  • Gate is always closed and self-closes as products are depalletized.
  • Requires little room for installation.
