Next World’s Confined Space Entry VR training can help workers build muscle memory for safe decision-making, hazard recognition, and emergency preparedness in confined spaces.
By Work Safety 24/7 Staff

Train your team to recognize confined space hazards, follow safety procedures, and carry out tasks without putting themselves or others at risk.

This immersive virtual reality (VR) experience from Next World helps workers build real confidence in navigating high-risk, low-visibility environments like storage tanks, silos, and sewers.

Through hands-on simulation, trainees learn how to apply critical safety practices before stepping foot into a confined space - making this ideal for both pre-site induction and compliance training.

Confined spaces are unforgiving. One mistake can lead to multiple fatalities, often in seconds. Participants enter a simulated compressor tank environment where they must:

  • Identify confined space hazards such as poor ventilation, gas risks, and physical obstructions.
  • Perform cleaning tasks while managing environmental stressors.
  • Select and use appropriate PPE to protect against airborne and physical hazards.
  • Execute Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures to isolate and secure equipment before entry.

This practical training goes beyond theory, building muscle memory for safe decision-making, hazard recognition, and emergency preparedness in confined spaces.

The course is available in 15 languages.
