By 24/7 Staff
June 10, 2014

A new line of antimicrobial-coated insulation by Polymer Technologies that minimizes the presence of bacteria on surfaces can control the growth of unwanted microbes, including bacteria, mold and fungi.

In addition to providing thermal and acoustic insulation properties, the material resists heat, flame and smoke. It also withstands vibration and compression.

Useful in new construction, the insulation can also be used for indoor air and mold remediation applications.
