Building on Intelligrated’s current offering, Momentum is a next-generation warehouse execution system (WES) rooted in a configure-to-need architecture that quickly installs and adapts to changing fulfillment demands. Through tight integration of materials handling equipment and machine controls, Momentum offers real-time visibility into warehouse operations.
A new computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) designed for materials handling systems collects and analyzes system data to help plan and execute an effective preventive lifecycle maintenance program. Known as the Intelligrated Reliability Intelligence Solution (IRIS), the software comes with implementation support, OEM maintenance expertise and a deep pool of relevant data.
To fully automate the order fulfillment process, a new robotic each-picking solution integrates Intelligrated’s AS/RS shuttle technology with an articulated robotic arm. Designed to handle the high volumes of individual orders common in e-commerce fulfillment, the solution can adapt to changing order profiles and manage SKU proliferation.
