B2B Industrial Packaging: Industrial Woven Strapping

Woven strapping offered as substitute for steel

By B2B Industrial Packaging
June 11, 2013

A line of industrial woven strapping by B2B Industrial Packaging—composed of polyester, nylon and/or rayon—offers the same break strength as steel strapping, but does not harm workers or bystanders if it breaks during use.

Providing a reliable means to secure heavy, shifting loads, the woven strapping is softer and lighter than steel. It is tensioned with a manual or pneumatic tool, and can be re-tensioned as needed. Potentially reusable, woven strapping does not damage products, does not rot and resists chemicals.

Self-adjusting, its material memory accommodates shifting loads and expansion/contraction associated with extreme temperature variations. Offered in a range of thicknesses and lengths, the material can be custom-printed.
