Lift, move rolls with electric or pneumatic hoist attachment

Tilt-Lock: Full line of Tip Lifts

July 10, 2015

A full line of Tip Lifts by Tilt-Lock can handle roll widths from 4 to 70 inches and weights up to 2,000 pounds.

Furnished with a choice of electric or pneumatic power, all units feature ergonomic, handle-mounted controls that drive both the hoist and lift device. To operate, the spring-loaded Tip Lift probe inserts into the core of material, then its four, gravity-activated teeth grip the core firmly. This ensures that the load cannot become disengaged while suspended in the air.

With the probe inserted into the roll, it can be rotated 90 degrees and moved to the required location. After placing the roll on a stationary support, the probe’s teeth are retracted either by deploying a manual release handle or by activating a pneumatic release.
