ELOfusion combines ELOshield proximity detection, pedestrian safety systems, and collision avoidance with ELOfleet productivity tools and easy-to-use OSHA-required digital checklists.

Built for industrial material handling vehicles such as forklifts, ELOfusion from Elokon combines the company's ELOshield proximity detection, pedestrian safety systems, and collision avoidance with its ELOfleet productivity tools.

ELOfusion was launched at ProMat 2025.

OSHA-compliant digital pre-op checklists for operator accountability

ELOfusion can help ensure compliance with regulations while proactively reducing the risk of workplace accidents by transforming OSHA-mandated safety checks into easy-to-use digital checklists that operators can complete from the smartphone installed on the truck.

Operators are guided through daily inspections and safety checks that support regulatory standards and reinforce safe operation behaviors. Each checklist is personalized, time-stamped, and digitally signed, so supervisors know who performed the inspection and when.

If an issue is flagged, ELOfusion instantly alerts supervisors. All records are automatically stored in a secure, tamper-proof system.

Ultra-wideband sensors maintain precision in poor visibility, high metal areas

With ELOfusion, ultra-wideband (UWB) sensors are installed on forklifts, infrastructure, and optionally on personnel via wearable tags.

Unlike camera-based or infrared systems, UWB sensors maintain precision even in busy warehouses filled with shelves, machinery, and workers or other areas with poor visibility, high metal content, or multi-level shelving systems.

These sensors constantly communicate to calculate distances in real time, allowing for instant alerts and interventions without magnetic interference or false alarms. ELOfusion can also automatically reduce speed in danger zones such as doorways or confined spaces.

Data collection to improve efficiency and enable predictive maintenance

Beyond safety, ELOfusion can improve operational efficiency by automatically tracking vehicle productivity, enabling supervisors to monitor usage patterns and optimize workflows.

ELOfusion automates recording of truck activity and utilization by combining IoT sensors, telematics, and intelligent software to capture every movement and operation in real time.

Instead of relying on paper logs or manual reporting, the system automatically tracks when trucks start, stop, idle, load, and unload. This data is transmitted directly into a centralized digital platform.

Preventative maintenance alerts and diagnostics also help reduce unplanned downtime and extend vehicle life.
