To accommodate building obstructions, such as vertical columns, an E-shaped lift table by Pentalift for personnel allows the unit to be placed as close as necessary to production machinery for monitoring and cleaning access.

The lift features three individual sets of scissor legs synchronized with a geared, flowed divider and powered by a three-phase, 10-horsepower remote power unit. For visibility and traction, the platform’s walking surface is manufactured with serrated grating. Offered in dimensions of 20 x 10 feet and a raised height of 18 feet, the lift table holds up to 2,500 pounds.

To keep operators safe, the platform is completely enclosed with guardrails and the access gate is electrically interlocked to prevent the lift from raising or lowering unless the gate is closed and latched. When outfitted with a custom control panel, multiple lifts can raise or lower together or individually.
