Powerblanket: Drum and Bucket Warmers

Replacing conventional band heaters, warming ovens and blowers, a line of drum and bucket warmers by Powerblanket heats temperature-sensitive materials stored in plastic, metal and other containers.

The wrap-based system uses a patented heat spreading system that efficiently and uniformly distributes warmth while consuming low levels of energy. This technology allows containers to be quickly and consistently warmed without creating hot and cold spots to maintain viscosity and flow in stored liquids, including water, chemicals, paint and food products.

The warmers operate from a standard 120-volt electrical source and are certified to UL/CSA/CE safety standards. Sized to fit 55-, 30- and 15-gallon drums and 5-gallon buckets, optional features include adjustable thermostatic controller and a rapid heating function.
