Engineered for use in a vacuum heat-treating application for furnace loading, a 24-foot-long, 20,000-pound capacity custom lift table by Pentalift incorporates a sliding platform.

This accommodates the furnace’s 36-foot long car bottom, plus a transfer car that is loaded outside the furnace then moved into position. The lift table serves as a work platform, elevating the production team as the product is stacked, and lowering them as the product is removed after heat treatment.

Providing 5 feet of lift, the platform includes a control station, shelving, high-visibility guard rails and access chains.
