The Conco Quick Turn lightweight roll turner by Positech allows an operator to manually upend and downend a load with minimal effort.

To ensure precise positioning, an adjustable mandrel expands from 3 to 6 inches to easily accommodate varying roll widths. Once lifted, loads spin like a wheel on a bearing, allowing for smooth reorientation and proper placement at drop off.

The unit can be incorporated into a hoist, balancer, air lift or articulated jib lifter. Capable of lifting loads up to 500 pounds, options include integrated controls, auto leveling, air-powered rotation, manual or pneumatic grip control, and custom core sizes.
