The ScaffTag scaffold status holder and tags kit from Brady clearly mark the status of scaffolding with green, yellow, and red tags.

Tags can be used to indicate if scaffolding meets OSHA standards. Each color clearly identifies status:

  • Green OK: This scaffold has been erected to meet Federal/State OSHA Standards and is safe for all craft work
  • Yellow CAUTION: This scaffold does NOT MEET Federal/State OSHA Specifications. ALL employees working from this scaffold must wear and use an approved safety harness.
  • Red DANGER: DO NOT USE THIS SCAFFOLD KEEP OFF This scaffold is being erected, taken down, or has been found defective.

All tags are printed with “DO NOT ALTER” and include date, competent person signature, and comments fields.
